About IIMV IC

IIMV Incubation Centre ( IIMV-IC) draws its strength of being grounded in theory while being guided by a strong network of practitioners both in individual and organisational capacity. IIMV brings incubated start-ups, co-working ventures, industry mentors, eminent academicians and researchers together onto one platform. The Centre is about two years old now and since inception, has incubated 25 entrepreneurs. From the very beginning, the Centre is mentored by N S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurship and Learning (NSRCEL) of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB, Mentor Institute of IIMV). The Centre partnered with NSRCEL in the Women Startup Programme which was supported by DST-GOI and Goldman Sachs. Currently, the Centre is operating from a 1250 sft facility, as part of IIMV’s transit campus in Andhra University, which is situated at the centre of the Visakhapatnam city.  In two years’ time, IIMV-IC would shift to a permanent campus (221 acres) which would have 3500 sq.mtr. dedicated incubation facility (as approved by MHRD-GOI) with state-of-the-art knowledge resources as well as physical and IT infrastructure.
